I thought
"Wouldn't it be nice to do something special for the last day
before the kids went back to school".
Well, I just did not have it in me. I'm feeling a bit blue about the whole thing.
Thankfully they did not need me for entertainment
They did fine on their own. Lots of giggles and a bit of fighting too.
Well maybe more fighting and less giggling, but they had fun.

Summer went by too fast.

Back to school is stupid and too soon. After signing pages of "contracts" (really? I'm going to read 2 pages of -3 font class rules and expectations for the year x8 classes??) I think I'll go outside and turn the hose on myself.
